We had a fantastic experience with David as we looked to sell our Lower Lonsdale condo and move into something larger for our growing family. One meeting was all it took for David to fully understand what we were looking for, both in a sale and in a purchase. He has a sharp understanding of the market and was able to seamlessly guide us through this major life transition. We were taking this big step with an infant, and he was very accommodating with our baby-based schedule. Perhaps the most valuable of all, David always had a smile on his face and a warm welcome. We will use him again and will encourage others to do so as well.
