I've met many realtors and this fellow is by far the best. His knowledge of property sales and purchasing, the related process, the human factors and the many little things that one doesn't think of when deciding to enter the market is just amazing. As a naturally cautious and conservative person, I felt surprising at ease with Dave leading us through both a sale and purchase. With the process now done, I can see the many ways he earned and saved us money. Many realtors meet the standard of being attentive and available, but with Dave the contact was always meaningful and conveyed solid advice and understanding. He never claimed to know more than he did, he was clear about what was and was not in his/our control, and he was straight with us even on the few occasions that had advice was not what we wanted to hear. Dave is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate in the lower mainland which unto itself would make him an effective agent, but he also has a strong understanding of house construction, codes and regulations. He's easy going and friendly but also incredibly motivated and driven. Finally, we really appreciate Dave's candidness and honesty. We felt like he always had our best interests at heart.
