<p>I would highly recommend David to anyone who is looking for a new realtor.</p> <p>It's the second time I've used him to help me find a new rental and both times he's gone out of his way to make the experience as seamless as possible. David is extremely responsive and does a brilliant job of keeping his clients updated throughout the process.</p> <p>He often worked late nights and acted promptly to ensure I was able to secure the place I wanted in the competitive Toronto market. He was even happy to help after the lease was signed right up until move-in day ensuring everything was going smoothly.</p>

My partner and I have toddler twins, and we really wanted to rent a place that would be our home for the next 5 to 6 years and be in a great neighbourhood. David was invaluable in helping us find and ultimately secure our new place, a 2-bedroom bungalow in the east end of Toronto with a backyard and parking. David said we would love our neighbourhood, as he knows it well, and he was right. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such wonderful neighbours and be so close to everything — shops, groceries, TTC, parks, trails, community centres, and schools, with the beaches area just a short bus or bike ride away. Three qualities about David really stand out: he is deeply knowledgeable about all aspects of buying/leasing a home, condo, or apartment, as well as about the particularities of the different neighbourhoods of Toronto; he is always refreshingly honest, clear, patient, and professional with his client(s); your best interests and needs truly are his primary concern, and he genuinely cares that you are happy with both the process of finding and ultimately securing your new place. These qualities proved crucial in the lease negotiations for our bungalow, as David kept us informed of developments every step of the way and expertly guided us in how to manage the negotiations with the landlord. We trusted David entirely, and in the end he was instrumental in the success of the negotiations. His excitement at our being accepted by the landlord to rent the bungalow made the occasion all the more fulfilling. We'll need to move again when the twins are older, and we definitely want David to be our real estate agent again at that time. We will also recommend him enthusiastically to any friends who may be looking for a real estate agent. He's a truly exceptional agent!

David was excellent and made the whole process so easy for us as first time homebuyers! He was able to find the perfect home for our family that met the expectations we asked for. He was on time on all of our appointments and was great with communicating with us throughout our purchase and thereafter. It couldn’t have been smoother! He also answered all of our questions regardless of how silly they were. We’ll definitely work with him again should we consider to move!

<p>It was an absolute pleasure working with David. He did an amazing job. He immediately allowed us to feel comfortable and more at ease. "My job is to take your stress away and make you feel as comfortable as possible". He said this to us on the very first day of meeting him and I felt like he was addressing feeling that we had that we didn't even mention to him. Right then, we knew he would be a good match.</p> <p>He got along very well with our family, including our 2 kids. We all felt comfortable and trusted him during this entire process. This was our first time purchasing a home, and he made this process bearable and as smooth as possible. He was transparent and positive from day one, never deceitful and kept us completely up to date. He never pressured us into anything, including signing with him which was very important and helpful. He provided us with as much knowledge as possible and left all the decisions up to us. Regarding the properties, he was very knowledgeable about all of the properties we visited, which made it that much easier to make our final decision. He was always professional and had great communication skills. What an incredible experience we had with David Borg. He is extremely integral, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He eleviated so much stress in such a potentially stressful time. He was highly organized and punctual with his communication. He really researched the neighborhoods and schools within the properties of interest and we ended up purchasing in the most beautiful community. We are so grateful to have had him as our agent and would highly recommend him if you are looking for an outstanding agent.

I had an amazing experience with David. He made the whole experience very easy, was able to answer any questions I had during the process and was always very quick to get back to me.
