Thankgod we met him else it was literally impossible to get a house bid 20 times with another realtor didn’t work out . Dave got lots of experience, he knows his shit very well. With him I just had to buy ones and got the house is great price . Great guy good work ethics , always on time , he will walk you through the whole house , he will make sure u knows A-x of the house . Iam writing all this cuz he’s solid ! :) just meet him u will know!
