I chose Dave as I had heard he had success selling homes in my community. I was not in a hurry as homes had been listed for 3+ months in some cases. My homes as officially listed on a Thursday and accepted offer was completed on Saturday! Then the hunt was on for a new home for me - had not even started looking. I came across a home on Realtor.ca and Dave set up a viewing - he knew all the background on the home and gave me his opinion on what I should do to purchase. He knows his stuff!
