We first met Dave buying a home 3 years ago and were very glad he let us walk through and talk openly with ourselves. He had answers for questions or he would look it up and always have an answer. We were impressed. 3 years later & times have changed - time to sell. We used Dave, our house was some unique. Dave rose to the challenge and came through with suggested ideas, letting us make the decisions. Dave knows his stuff when it comes to real estate, conscientious of doing it the right way so we were covered. And BOOM SOLD. Again, Dave came through, we needed a condo to move into, a retirement house so we could travel. He had answers and replies with a quick response. I'm ready to sell again just to work with Dave again. My wife says "I don't think so" HA HA
