Whenever I had a question he was very quick to answer, and I didn't expect immediate answers as he has to have time off for himself, but he was always very quick to answer. He also told me he loves the negotiation process, therefore I knew I had hired the right agent who could make a deal for me. He helped me buy a place I really love!
