He really went out of his way to help us in choosing a home, he let us know what to stay away from and he really got to know our style and knew when we got to our home he was super excited for us. He was amazing!

As first-time home buyers, we needed as much advice and explanations possible throughout the experience. He we willing to go to any house for sale that we were interested in and he listened to what we were looking for in a property. Dave was happy to answer any questions we had in a timely manor. He also had lists of other resources that could help address other portions of the process, such as a reputable mortgage broker and condo document reviewer. He was patient with us as we figured things out, and was quick to work with the seller's realtor to organize a competing offer. The seller accepted our offer and we were fortunate to move in soon after. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
