David did a wonderful job getting us into our first home. He made himself available on extremely short notice on a few occasions for us which ultimately helped us get into a home in a relatively hot market. He was clear with the process and answered our many questions which left us feeling assured that we made the right choice for us! He was never pushy and helped us see the potential in the homes we viewed.

As a first time homebuyer I found Dave to be very helpful and knowledgeable when looking at properties. Always was able to answer questions even after buying the house. He made the entire experience very easy to get through and I would highly recommend

David went above and beyond to help us find a home. We had two house deals fall through at no fault of his and we were left with a month to find a house and be out of ours and David made it happen!
