Dave is an individual whom I meant through my longtime friend" Roger" which was a blessing . He is one who is willing to share any information necessary to you for the betterment and improvement of one as an immigrant living in Canada. Currently Dave has introduced to a program alone with his partner which will enable me to get on the right track to purchasing a house in Canada. Dave is also responsible for get a fantastic rental property. He is being a mentor to me in purchasing my very first property in the near future. Dave has been very helpful to us during our quest for a new home in Canada. Being first time home buyers, the process appeared even more overwhelming and complicated to us. However, Dave kept encouraging us to hope for the best even when we were feeling desperate about finding the right place for us.
