Dave was a God sent . My wife and I were planning to buy our first home and did not know where to start nor how to even go about it .In our discussion with a friend ,she told us about Dave and that we should contact him with all our questions. Our first contact was so awesome as Dave took time to answer all our questions and even lectured us on the Real Estate Market. The weekly meetings were so great as he took time to work with us and in line with our budget .We quickly noticed Dave is not out for sales ,but to build a relationship and make us have a healthy marriage and family life while living in a new home.We were able to get a home which was affordable ,within our means, good location and less burden. He was even there to support us even after the purchase and make sure our settling into the new home was a smooth process . We will always recommend him to friends and relative and will use him again in the future .

Dave was our Landlord for two years and he encouraged us to own our home not to leave this house and go back to pay rent. Buy your own home.
