<p>This is the third time purchasing a property and first-time using Dave as our agent. Dave is by far the best agent we have worked with, and I will 100% work with him again for any future purchases. Dave is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk to, and would always be available to take your phone call whether it was in the evening or on a Sunday. This was our first time purchasing an investment Property. At first, we did not know where to start with this new venture. However, after finding Dave through a referral, he was able to provide so much guidance and he portrayed a wealth of knowledge in the real estate market, what amazed me, was that Dave real estate knowledge is not just limited to one City, he has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate on other Cities across Ontario. That knowledge for me provided so much flexibility and options with our budget. In the end we were very satisfied with our purchase. We believe we made the correct decision because of the significant guidance and information we received from Dave.</p>
