<p>I can't say enough about Dave Cousin’s professionalism, ability to listen and understand the needs of his clients, and his extensive knowledge of real-estate. He brings all these qualities to his clients, not just in the real-estate transaction, but in his follow up months later.<br /> We purchased a home with Dave’s support in Calgary in the summer of 2013. He actually started working with my husband and I while we were still outside of Canada in April of that year. My husband contacted Dave based on his outstanding ratings on the internet. From the moment he answered our first call, to the purchase of our new home, and to moving in to our new community Dave’s commitment to supporting our transition was outstanding. When selling our home in 2016, Dave was again able to get us the price we hoped for and was always available for last minute viewings of our home.<br /> Dave has always been extremely responsive and thoughtful in all his recommendations. Considering this was our fourth home we had bought and sold, I can tell you that my experience with realtors has been varied and Dave is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I enthusiastically recommend his services.</p>
