I met Daryl back in 2010 when he was the realtor of the townhouse I wanted to buy. I really liked how he handled the deal at that time; he wasn't my realtor but he was very objective and followed the directives from his customer. It was then, that I decided that to work with Daryl when I selling my house. We planned for more than 1 year when to sell our place, and since the first contact with Daryl he was very helpful and gave us all the facts out there. He kept us informed at all time during our journey and made the best recommendations to get the best deal, but always making sure we kept real our expectations. He was very responsive and was always respectful and professional. I have dealt with many realtors , and if in the future I need any help, I will definitely go back and work with Daryl. I trust him and for me that is the most important fact when selecting a service provider.
