In writing this review, we are asked to be truthful, practical and objective. When we began the process of selling our home we didn't have an agent to represent us. We met Mr. Hoffman at an open house and were immediately aware that we were speaking with a professional who cared deeply about his clients. We did not purchase the apartment he was selling but his knowledge, professionalism and sincerity won us over. When we actually did take the leap to sell our home we contacted Daryl and chose him to represent us in the selling process. We can not recommend him highly enough. Recommending someone is a risky business because people tend to let you down but not in this case. Daryl was there every step of the way, explaining and being on top of things, giving us tips, communicating every detail, totally involved and engaged ON BEHALF OF US. There are many real estate agents out there and it can be difficult to decide which one to choose. I can only say that we have NO regrets. Let's face it, we live in a city where real estate is big business and some people take this almost as a game or a challenge. NOT DARYL. This is your property and HE IS ON THE CLIENT's side. Our house sold in record time at a very agreeable price and the process was quite smooth. Having had the privilege of working with Daryl with the sale of our home and were we to do this again.... no hesitation, we would dial 778-833-4633 and hear the familiar friendly words: "Daryl Hoffman speaking. How may I help you?"

Daryl helped us sell two properties and buy our new home. He gave a fair assessment on the value of our home, which exceeded our expectations, by his knowledge of how the market was moving and how our place compared to the average. As a result, we sold for well over asking. This was in part due to Daryl's ability to strategize what would be best in our situation. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind. Daryl was super patient with us and our process and he always made us feel like we were his only clients all the time, even though we knew he was very busy. When he was with us, he gave us full attention. He is also very detail oriented and always followed through with documentation, data, etc. He remembers all the details in our process and was great at reminding us of what needed to be done. If only all agents were this great, it would change the reputation of the industry completely. We could not recommend anyone more highly.

I was helping a seller with special needs and Daryl was recommended to me. From the onset, Daryl clearly understood the sensitivity required and made arrangements to sell the home as quickly and unobtrusively as possible, while still keeping value for the homeowner in mind. He went above and beyond in this situation to accommodate the needs of the seller and found him a suitable and permanent new home. I cannot thank him enough for his services, empathy and thorough attention to details.
