Daryl was quick, efficient and well informed. We dealt with Daryl exclusively and did not have to deal with any assistant(s). Being able to deal with only one person on all aspects of listing and selling makes for a better more personalized experience. He always had an answer to our question right away. I especially liked how he shared his spreadsheets with information of recent listing and sales. This made us well informed and helped us in setting an appropriate listing price and accepting a better than expected offer within 6 days of putting the house on the market. Daryl gets top marks and I highly recommend him.

You could ask for a better real estate agent, but you won’t find one. Daryl is professional, dependable, courteous and successful. Our condo sold within 2 weeks at full list after an unsuccessful 6 month listing with another agency. Highly recommended.
