Daryl was quick, efficient and well informed. We dealt with Daryl exclusively and did not have to deal with any assistant(s). Being able to deal with only one person on all aspects of listing and selling makes for a better more personalized experience. He always had an answer to our question right away. I especially liked how he shared his spreadsheets with information of recent listing and sales. This made us well informed and helped us in setting an appropriate listing price and accepting a better than expected offer within 6 days of putting the house on the market. Daryl gets top marks and I highly recommend him.

Daryl recently represented us in the sale of our North Vancouver townhouse. We had never met him before but he came to us recommended by several friends whom he had previously represented. We could not have asked for more from a realtor - he is a consummate professional who pays great attention to detail and at all times we felt fully confident that he was acting in our best interests. His market knowledge is exceptionally good and he is a very hard and diligent worker.
