Daryl was exceptional to work with. Not only does Daryl have exceptional knowledge of the market, he is very professional, organized, and has excellent communication skills. I always felt I could count on Daryl to promptly respond to my inquiries and concerns. Throughout the process of working with Daryl I felt like he really cared about the sale/purchase of my property and it was apparent he was invested in my success. Daryl sold my house in one day, over asking, and with multiple offers in a market that shouldn't have had that kind of outcome. His pre-sale planning and market knowledge made a huge impact on the outcome of the sale. Daryl listened to my needs and made sure that my needs were met in the negotiation of the sale of my house. He exceeded all my expectations! Daryl then facilitated the negotiation of the purchase of my new house. His ability to predict counter offers and his creative use of negotiation tactics lead to a purchase price for me far lower than the asking price.
