Selling your house is a stressful endeavour at any time. The sale of our house this past July was was additionally stressful due to the Covid-19 situation. Darrin was exceptional in doing his job and being mindful of the added restrictions in place. The most significant skill set that Darrin exhibited during the sale of our house was communication. Darrin kept us up to date on things through emails, texts and by phone on a daily bases. This was reassuring and we always felt that Darrin was looking out for us. During the negotiation process Darrin was professional and helped guide us through the process by giving us things we needed to consider and questions that needed to be addressed in a kind and calming way. Darrin's positive and collaborative demeanour made us feel though he was as invested in our house as much as we were. Darrin guided us through the final sale process in a confident and relaxed manner that helped put us at ease. The closing process for the sale of our house was not straight forward due to the fact that the buyers were from another province. Not understanding the full process of this type of sale we felt that Darrin handled this expertly and we always felt we were in good hands. We have bought and sold 6 properties with real-estate agents and I can say without hesitation that Darrin far exceeded any of our previous experiences.
