He was amazing. Told him i wanted it sold in a month. Told him i would ve willing to drop the asking price 10k to get it done. He had 2 offers by the end of the month. Contacted me weekly. And told me how i could make the place look more appealing without putting too much money into it. Less than $200 by the way. Consudering the asking price was beloe 100k. And commissiin is how he gets paid i was very happy with how he opperates
