Darcy was very pleasant, professional, outgoing, timely and I enjoyed doing business with him. He was able to sell my house when another agent couldn't close a deal. I would highly recommend him!

We've known Darcy since the early 2000's when our first agent retired. Darcy was referred to us by our retiring agent, so we were at ease with him right from the get-go. Since then, we've bought and sold numerous properties. (I'm too lazy to recall total numbers. :) We found Darcy to be a well-informed personable guy who always kept us informed, but never pushed. We liked that. We've had pushy agents before and quickly soured.

We had a great experience with Darcy Elder. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and neighbourhoods, giving us additional insight at places we discussed and viewed, which was extremely helpful. There was no pressure at all as we took our time to find the right place for us. He bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule which we very much appreciated. We would recommend Darcy Elder to anyone who is looking for help with their real estate needs!

<p><br /> As a result of job transfers during my husband's career, we have bought and sold 14 homes and have therefore had experiences dealing with real estate agents. Some have been ok, some good and then there is Darcy, who has been exceptional. We bought a new build home in Sage Creek, West Kelowna and have just taken possession of it. Because we have not been able to sell our home in Alberta, Darcy was recommended to us to list our Sage Creek home. From first contact with him, he returned phone calls and replied to emails promptly. He recommended a great lawyer, found an insurance company for us that would insure the Sage Creek home and even went to took photos of the house and then took them to the insurance company, as we were still in Alberta. It has been evident from our first meeting with him that not only does he possess great professional qualities, but more important he possess wonderful human qualities of kindness, honesty, caring and dependability. This is defiantly the type of individual you want working for you.</p>
