I have both bought and list Ed with Dan. He listens to your concerns and ideas and takes them all into consideration when showing you properties or selling yours. I have used him to purchase properties multiple times and he helped me sell my last one.

Dan was our agent 10 years ago when we bought the property and as was just as friendly, helpful and professional now in selling it for us. The thing that stood out the most during our selling process this time was how Dan went above and beyond for us. We live out of town and were unable to be there for the whole process. We needed some minor renovations done and Dan spearheaded the whole process like a true project manager. We also unfortunately had some unexpected and unpreventable damages happen over the winter and again Dan was right there helping a team fix and restore it all to a 'better than before" quality. Dan certainly earned his share of the commission on this one and we will always be grateful for his help in a time of need. If you are looking for someone who would treat your house like it was his own and give you a peace of mind then I would definitely recommend Dan Peterson.
