Danny was the perfect person to handle our sale, as it was a land assembly/infill development project. These projects are complicated and I took my time in the vetting process as I knew we needed someone with Danny's level of expertise to guide the process. He was always prepared and came equip with the right information and well put together documents to explain the process to all stakeholders.

I met Danny when he had a property listed I wanted to buy, and was so impressed by his level of service and knowledge that I have used him several times since!
