Daniyal came highly recommended and honestly, after our experience I cannot imagine pursuing any real estate transactions without him. He is professional, knowledgeable and communicated all through our buying and selling with him. He understands the market and prepared a detail plan of how he was going to sell our home. All aspects of his listing and marketing were fantastic, from the staging to the photography and social media, he got our house sold in 30 days in a slow market. Absolutely amazing! And from there he proceeded to find us our dream home. He understood our needs and our style completely. He literally stayed out late looking for the perfect property for us and then negotiated a price reduction on top of it. It is truly our dream home and we would not have found it if not for his perseverance and tireless pursuit. We are so thankful to Daniyal for all of his hard work and dedication.
