We had interviewed a bunch of other agents, and Katie's personality, experience and professionalism made choosing her a no brianer. She was available within moments and all our concerns and questions were answered with care and thoughtfulness. Katie used her experience and knowledge to always make us at ease and give us confidence in every step. Katie was able to educate us and navigate us through a crazy market switch. She is tremendously patient receptive and open-minded, she listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and spoke honestly from experience. I felt more than anything else she was focused on my goals, and put my needs far above any personal desire she may have had to make a sale or earn commission. She asked questions carefully and I could see that she was truly listening to my answers and weighing them against her knowledge and experience. Not once did she make me feel pressured,; in fact my entire experience with Katie was casual and progressive. I was endlessly impressed with her market knowledge and her understanding of the neighborhoods we searched. Katie was professional, very easy to work with: she was knowledgeable, and very receptive to my thoughts and ideas. I would recommend Katie without reservation and work with her again in a heartbeat.

Daniella helped us get the best price for our home in a declining / tough housing market. Her experience, and understanding of our local market helped us move forward with an effective strategy that paid off handsomely for us. While Daniella leads a team, and is quite busy in her profession, we never felt like we were anything other than the single focus of her efforts. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniella for anyone looking to buy their dream home, or sell their single largest asset for the best available price.

I have worked with many agents in the past, and Daniella is by far the most knowledgeable, hard-working, professional, honest and reliable realtor there is. Highly recommend for buying, selling and leasing!
