Dan was incredible to work with from start to finish. As we were buying a house in Alberta while living in BC, we had a ton of questions and Dan always made himself available to answer them. When we flew back to look at properties, he was super flexible around our schedule and used his knowledge of different neighbourhoods to help us find the perfect fit. In fact, he knew to ask the right questions to one of the builders to find out that they still had an available house in the exact neighbourhood location we wanted and that fit our moving timeline perfectly! If we had done it on our own we never would have known that this house was available, and we would have missed out on our absolute dream home. Dan was awesome during contract negotiations and closing, again an area where I constantly sent him questions. He did an incredible job of reassuring and guiding us through this process, and went to bat for us with the builder more than once to get us exactly what we wanted, all while being incredibly friendly and professional to all parties involved.
