We came upon Dana by accident, my mother had passed and we were selling her townhouse. We had fully expected to privately sell the property to save some money. Dana had dropped a business card into her mailbox stating interest for a client. When I called Dana back he was very professional and asked what we wanted for the property. He then offered to sell the property with his full real estate services and guarantee the value I had stated. Enough Said! Short story, Dana sold the house the day it was listed. He was very prompt with his follow-up and processing, always professional but with a very friendly demeanor. Highly recommended.

I listed my place in Calgary from another province, and Dana went above and beyond with helping me sell my condo (even though the condo market in Calgary was definitely not a sellers market). He made himself available at every level and there was great communication with him. I would say Dana is not only a great realtor, but I also consider him a great friend now after my experience with him.
