Dale Russell was excellent in not only helping me sell my acreage, but also purchasing my new home. He was available whenever my schedule allowed to view properties and provided me with great options. I bought a new build, and he even took time to come with me to do the New Home Warranty walkthrough! I am very appreciative of all of his help and would definitely recommend Dale Russell.

I would highly recommend Dale. He knows Red Deer and its real estate history. He was not over-bearing but did offer insight into the houses and neighborhoods we were looking at. He knew approx. what it would cost to repair/replace things that needed updated or replaced. He would suggest things that you wouldn't normally think about when purchasing a house. He would point out both the good and bad about a property. Very knowledgeable
