Dale was excellent, he came referred to us from a trusted friend and real estate agent in Calgary and he did not disappoint. He was honest with us and was able to sell our property for a competitive price in a reasonable amount of time. We have a few other properties we will eventually sell and we will definitely use Dale again as our agent.

I would highly recommend Dale. He knows Red Deer and its real estate history. He was not over-bearing but did offer insight into the houses and neighborhoods we were looking at. He knew approx. what it would cost to repair/replace things that needed updated or replaced. He would suggest things that you wouldn't normally think about when purchasing a house. He would point out both the good and bad about a property. Very knowledgeable
