I'm certain there are few in what's become an extensively saturated field that can claim the breadth of experience this professional brings to the table. Dale communicated exactly what was needed to provide peace of mind for us as both sellers and then buyers and the best part is that his words translated to action exactly as he communicated. From publishing to market to signed accepted offer was a matter of 5 days and we didn't just have our above-asking expectations blown out the water, but we got the highest price ever sold for in our complex. Dale's commitment during the buying process was unwavering and I will be the first to admit we did not make for easy clients. After dragging Dale all over our desired areas for way too long, Dale proved why it was clearly instrumental to work with him and not just any agent.
