I can't say enough great things about our experience "dealing with Dale". We had been looking for an investment property but the market was very much a sellers market and many places we looked at ended up in competing offers, often times selling for a significant amount over the list price. With his in depth research into the company we purchased from, Dale guided us on our offer and negotiated a price we didn't think would be possible, getting it well below the asking price. We recently had an appraisal done and the homes value was greater than the original list price! We were pleasantly surprised by this and the equity in the home in such a short amount of time is a big bonus for us as real estate investors. Dale was very thorough in his approach, and talked about his personal experience as a real estate investor/landlord. This helped us significantly and made us feel at ease. Dale continues to go above and beyond and answers our questions even though our purchase closed a while ago. We could not be happier that we were connected to Dale.

I've worked with other agents over the years but Dale's work ethic blew me away. He was very professional and his knowledge in Realestate is far beyond his years. He would line up houses that fit exactly what we were looking for and I never felt that he was ever pressuring us into finalizing on a particular house. I honestly felt that he was motivated for us to find the perfect house and not on just making a sale like you get from other agents. Any question I had, he had the answer for or would find me the information I wanted. Dale also went above and beyond to arrange things for us to make our move as seamless as possible. After we found our perfect house, Dale also listed our house for sale. Again he went above and beyond what was expected of him. He listed the house right away, arranged for beautiful photos to be taken of our house and arranged viewings that didn't intrude on us and worked with our work schedules. Our house sold faster than we expected and we recieved far more than we thought we were going to get. If I could give Dale more than 5 stars I would. We are beyond impressed with how smooth the entire transaction went. I would definately recommend Dale to anyone that is looking for an agent they could trust with the most important purchase of their lives.
