Dakota was amazing in helping my wife and I purchase our first home, with such a crazy market and us being newcomers to homeownership. Dakota was a amazing resource on the buying process and with making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed such a big milestone in our lives. Dakota was very knowledgably on any house we saw and the neighborhoods, he was very accommodating for any viewings allowing us to keep up with the quick market, and kept us focused on our housing needs within our budget. Dakota was always on top of every negotiation and got us the house of our dreams. I would highly recommend Dakota to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won't regret it!

Dakota listed our current home for rent and did an awesome job. We are new to the rental market and Dakota provided alot of expertise which helped with our listing. We were able to find great tenants in the first weekend, and for more money than we were asking. Dakota made it a top priority to find the right tenants and made the listing look great to all types of renters.
