If I could have chosen more stars, I would have. I could not have made it through this process without her commitment, knowledge and attention to detail. We just moved in to our dream home, you know the one. The one you and your loved ones feel comfortable and safe in, that you can settle down and relax and enjoy the moments that count for many years to come. I’ll start with the practical experience and extensive knowledge Dahlia has in terms of real estate. We looked at rural, suburban and urban properties, with varying heating and cooling systems, original and upgraded features. Those that were turn key and others that had “potential”. And in each one my questions were answered confidently by Dahlia or she would quickly find the information for me to feel informed about my choices. She was a joy to be around. Professional, caring, and funny and also knew how to stand back and let me take everything in while stepping in when I needed direction. Dahlia just knew what was needed and provided it effortlessly. I highly recommend Dahlia as your agent. And if I hadn’t found my forever home I would connect with her again for her services!

Multiple offers and sold well over list price. She staged the home beautifully , had a fantastic photographer and worked so hard for us. Too much to even list it all. I highly recommend her .
