We are so glad that we found Curtis to help us with our first home purchase. He immediately helped us seek out some properties we were considering and he gave us in-depth tours of everyone by pointing out both positive and negatives at them all. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the houses we looked at, including the pipes, furnace, water heaters, etc. He was consistently timely with getting back to us and setting up viewings at every house we wanted to see. He was very flexible with his schedule so that he could accommodate us according to our schedules. He also did some amazing negotiating after our home inspection to help us get money off for a broken window and insufficient roof insulation. We are incredibly thankful that we had Curtis to help guide us through our first home purchase. He made it an easy and enjoyable process!

<p>Curtis was very knowledgeable of the entire process. Did his research and ensured that I was in the know fully informed before making any decisions. Even went as far as to find out future development of unfinished areas so I would not get any surprises after buying.</p> <p>Always available to answer questions, and would put the effort in to getting the correct answer. I work a very tough schedule when it comes to finding time to search for a house. He had no issue working around my schedule.</p>
