Craig Veroni was just exceptional in so many ways, like doing things on top of the list: providing expert opinions from other specialists, excellent communication between Buyer and Seller and almost an intuitive knowing of what your needs are. But what was far more important for me was seeing Craig truly honest.

From beginning to end, I could relax knowing that Craig would get my house sold. On top of being an exceptionally positive and kind person, he has a dedication to this profession that is unparalleled. He takes that extra step to put you at the front of the line. Craig helped us find our home during pandemic. We found him through his amazing Youtube videos featuring Vancouver. For the first visit, we were in town just for a week and he got to know us ahead of time with a video call, asked us what we were looking for and lined up places to see in the areas we loved. All the homes he showed us were perfectly aligned with what we were looking for. We made an offer on one of the homes when the market had low inventory and there were multiple offer situations. He patiently and expertly guided us through the process and got us the home we loved most. Being first time home buyers, we didn't know much about the process, he helped us through it and got us connected to great mortgage broker, lawyer and inspector. He also guided us through the condo documents and showed us the red flags and identified well rounded condo boards for us. We have been living in the home for about a year now and every day (if it was possible), we fall in love with it a little more.

Craig Veroni was amazing while we were buying a property in North Van. He is extremely knowledgeable about the property market. From initial conversations to completion, Craig was extremely responsive to our specific needs and was patient while answering our MANY questions. His curated list of potential properties was right on the mark and after viewing only five, we found a great condo. He is well connected and we have drawn upon several of his professional contacts to help us through the purchasing process. We can’t imagine having a better first time buying experience, especially considering we are not from BC. Both prospective buyers or sellers would be in great hands with Craig.

Craig was an outstanding agent for our property search in Vancouver. He is extremely knowledgable and well connected locally, and was able to help me find a perfect property for our family, and also orchestrate a non-typical deal structure with the help of skillful attorneys and an outstanding roster of experts that helped us navigate the process as outsiders.
