Working with Conrad was a pleasure. My partner and I were looking for a rental upgrade during the pandemic and Conrad was able to accommodate a large number of listings that we were interested in. Conrad was very professional. He setup viewings on short notice and planned ahead to accommodate our transportation needs. We found a place the same day and signed the lease to our current apartment only a few days later. Overall, the entire process was simple and quick. We wholeheartedly recommend Conrad to anyone.

Conrad helped my husband and I through a long rental process. He was very patient and helpful with market trends and rental rules. He was always prepared and punctual. He is not like the typical real estate agents who would paint a beautiful picture in your mind just so you’d agree to a deal.
