Conrad is an exceptional realtor hands down!!! His patience, dedication, subject matter expertise and knowledge of the Canadian real estate industry is superb and second to none! Not only that, he is an excellent mortgage advisor. We got a fantastic deal/rate with his help and guidance. He will literally hand hold you throughout your entire home purchase process start to finish leaving no stone unturned. He was at our walk through and possession. Talk about dedication and commitment!!! I was really impressed that Conrad did not rush us into buying anything. He even advised that we take our time...who does that, right?! Even as we shopped with 3 different builders - he was there for us despite changing our minds ever so often. Super patient! Ready to answer all your questions in a timely matter. Conrad will always return your calls and respond to all your messages/questions - we had tons and tons of questions. You can go to bed without any worry if you have Conrad as your realtor and mortgage advisor. I met Conrad through a friend whom he had helped to get a property , and Conrad came highly recommended. One year down the line i looked for his business card and gave him a call, he immediately swung into action in terms of sending me properties within the price range i had given him and in different locations. He explained in details step by step process in terms of mortgage calculation and qualification, he was well grounded so he knew the vital information to provide to make you flow with him. Getting a garage to be added to the property was also a tricky one with the lenders, but with Conrads experience , he managed the process professionally and we were able to eventually seal the deal. Conrad Aglah is patient. Throughout the process, he worked with us identifying our tastes and preferences and tailoring that to the search for a home best suited for us. When the possession date was moved because of Covid, he continued to be a strong support, speaking reassuring words and keeping us on track. It didn’t feel to us like he was just out for the money.
