Cody was great throughout the whole, lengthy process of finding the right house for us. He was always accommodating and patient. We worked with Cody in first selling a home, then in searching and buying a different home - a process that took place over many months as we lived far away from London. He did his research and answered our questions as well as offered us solid advice on the properties we considered and the bidding process to get the house we actually bought.

Cody was easy to get a hold of and always kept an open communication for us. He always helped us make smart choices with honesty (giving us options that provided us with pros and cons on properties which help us find our dream house) He always was willing to show us a house on our schedule and wouldn't mind driving around the city!

It was our first time buying a house and we really had no idea where to start. Cody guided us through the whole process. Very patient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend, you really are in good hands.

Cody walked my wife and I through the process of buying a home in a very knowledgeable and very professional manner. My wife and I thought from day one he had our best interest at heart. He was always available to answer any questions we may have had however iŕrelevent. He also went above and beyond to provide us with information we required to make an informed decision, whether it was township related, utilities etc. We never at any time felt pressured into making a decision. The whole process of purchase was done at our comfort level. Even after closing Cody has followed up to make sure all was good and that we hit no bumps in the road. Excellent job!
