He is complimentary about the house and property to be sold and very encouraging about your prospects for selling.<br /> He shows you prospects for buying without pressure and with current information as well as specific pluses and minuses which helps a great deal re environment, any updating required to make it a desirable choice (or not), honest views on the property, current status of neighbourhood, etc.<br /> Viewing properties can be tiring and/or discouraging at times, but Cliff made it easy and more like an excursion than a business opportunity. I am sure it was difficult for him living in Victoria and showing me properties in Sidney but never had the sense that it was an inconvenience for him.<br /> The actual buying and selling of property was handled efficiently and on a timely basis and all parties were happy with the outcome and appreciated the time allowed for a congenial celebration at the end of it.<br /> I would certainly recommend Cliff's services as a real estate agent.</p>

We recently completed our third home purchase with Cliff. Cliff was in constant communication with us throughout the process and always followed up with questions promptly. Cliff went way out of his way to work with the other Realtors, neighbours, neighbourhood communities, stratas, and other parties to ensure we were well positioned for a fully informed purchase decision. Cliff worked closely with the builder and the lawyers and personally reviewed all the documents in detail, such as well reports, and thoroughly informed us of other aspects of rural living we knew little about. Cliff knows us well and knew the questions to ask both us and sellers. Cliff helped us find the home of our dreams, in the location of our dreams, and we are so incredibly glad Cliff was there with us along the way. I highly recommend Cliff for anyone looking to find their perfect home.

<p>Working with Cliff was a fantastic experience. He ensured I knew all there was to know. He kept in contact and did so much work in preparation for selling the townhouse. He kept me advised of things all the way through the process and had fantastic suggestions. The townhouse sold on the very first day it was listed and Cliff kept me apprised of everything going on after the sale. Very professional and would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to any sellers/buyers!!</p>
