We self build a home and had another property that we intended to sell but we were overwhelmed with everything that was going on. Claude recommended that we list the home as soon as possible as the market was heating up. Claude was right, within 4 days we had an offer and it sold for more than what we had expected. Claude looked after all the details and took the stress off of our shoulders.We would definitely recommend Claude and Christina, they are a very professional team.

Claude was amazing! I am a first time homeowner. He helped me through every step of the way. To finding an inspector, to a lawyer to get the paperwork done. I would saying he calmed many of my anxieties for being a first time buyer. I would recommend him!
