Trevor took initiative to help me determine exactly what I was looking in my first home so that we could make efficient use our time house hunting. He also exhibited strong negotiating skills to finalize the house purchase. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Pete was an amazing asset to have on our team when it came to finding our first home. We had some pretty specific must haves- rural home with acreage, 4 beds, 2+ baths- as well as outbuildings, fireplace, 2 car garage... All on a very tight budget. He nailed it. We've now been in our dream home for a year, in a fantastic rural area and couldn't be happier. Our texts and calls were always answered right away, and Pete worked hard on our behalf when the sellers agent was delaying our deal, trying to accommodate another buyer he was also representing. We don't plan on moving again for a long time, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pete and his team to anyone who will listen! We've already warned him we'll be calling in a few years when we're ready to find a cottage!
