Cindy was amazing! Everything happened so quickly (and smoothly). She answered all questions (sometimes more than once) with patience and often went out of her way to make sure things went as planned (or to fix the unexpected things, like when the front door knob fell off). My house sold within 3 days of being listed, and I bought another property less than 24 hours later with Cindy's help and guidance. You can't go wrong with Cindy!

I have been waiting to write this review as we recently engaged Cindy DaCosta to assist in the selling of my mom's home in Cambridge, Ontario. In a nutshell, Cindy was excellent! She is a seasoned real estate agent and sales guru. She knows the real estate business and the market. Her sharp negotiating skills are a close second to her impeccable flair for customer service. We had the formidable task of transitioning my mom to a senior’s home. With Cindy’s full-service brokerage, this daunting task was seamless. We took what my mom wanted from home, and Cindy’s team took care of everything else, and I mean everything. They donated unwanted furniture and junked what they could not donate. She then staged the home to make it sell and used her extensive contacts to drum up business and multiple offers. This resulted in the sale of her home in about a week at a significantly higher than list price. This was a difficult time for all of us, and Cindy took care of us, took away the stress and, most importantly, sold the home and brought everyone peace of mind. In a sea of realtors, Cindy is the lighthouse. Cindy DaCosta should be your first call if you are buying or selling. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Cindy and her team made selling my home and moving to another province (on short notice) manageable and dare I say, easy. Cindy and her crew swooped in and took care of all my needs, allowing me the opportunity to continue to work, pack and say my goodbyes to family and friends. Cindy found a loving home for my cat, she helped me to remove furniture from my home, completed staging and photos’- most importantly she provided me with a line of open communication-calming my anxieties around this large endeavour. She provided me with clear instructions of each task that would be completed and ensured that she would take care of everything-which she has done. I cannot thank Cindy and her team enough for taking care of me, my cat, and my home during a very stressful time in my life and her kindness and understanding goes a long way. Honestly where do we even start! We knew having had Cindy as our Realtor before that we had to use her again. We have full confidence that she does absolutely everything she can to put her clients first. She explained every step in detail and even when having "competing offers" we never felt worried because of her experience and the fact that she's always looking out for her client's best interests. We viewed many homes, wanting to find our 'forever home' and thank Cindy so much for making that happen! If you want someone who is 100% going to be there for you and go above and beyond, we highly recommend Cindy.

I would recommend Cindy DaCosta to anyone, she helped my wife and I when selling our home and buying our new home at the same time twice in the last couple of years, Cindy is very professional supporting us since the start to the end of the whole process always available no matter what time or day I was trying to reach her, always there when needed, she is very patient and knowledgeable real estate agent who enjoys her job going above and beyond, polite amazing lady and a great human being.
