Courtney and Kathrina (CourtKat) are 2 of the best people we've worked with ever. My wife and I recently had a baby and were looking to upgrade to a bigger place. Courtney and Kathrina helped us find our new home and sell our current one seamlessly. They worked around our difficult schedules without issue, having to show houses twice on many occasions as my wife and I could not always go together. Selling with them was a breeze and done quickly (less than a week) with the utmost care. They are 2 of the most professional, wholesome, hard working, dedicated and passionate people you'll ever meet. They really know their stuff (as they grew up here) and gave us a great feeling of confidence having them in our corner buying and selling. Both of them went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. We think of them as family now. My wife and I highly recommend Courtney and Kathrina!

Kathrina Kasinski was highly professional and very detail oriented while guiding us throughout the stressful process of buying our home here in Kitchener. She was also kind and caring, and really took her time to fully understand our needs and worked very hard to make sure we got all of our questions answered. On more than one occasion her analysis was spot on, plus she was very flexible in accommodating our schedules at times and places that suited us best.
