We worked with Cindy from around May 2024 until January 2026 when we finally found our home. To say she was a great agent would be an understatement. Cindy was fantastic, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and so so understanding with us when we needed more time to make a decision. She was readily available either by text, phone, or email, and was very flexible in finding time to accommodate us for viewings. For some context, we viewed well over 30 homes during our time with Cindy, placed 4 offers, and had 2 accepted offers (our first accepted offer fell through but our second accepted offer went very smoothly). We would recommend Cindy to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home between Parksville and Courtenay/Comox. She is very knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods, and she will work side by side with you to get you a deal you are happy with!
