Christy encouraged us to list earlier than we planned. I feel it was a very good suggestion, as we did not have much competition. She did multiple open houses as soon as we listed. Which brought in three separate offers within the first 4 weeks. In a very soft market. She kept in close contact during this time, and had a quick response when we had any question.
