<p>Christy helped us buy a house remotely from another country. The patience, knowledge, and advice were really appreciated and no hang ups on using the technology for video call viewings. Now that we have moved in, there have been no surprises or misrepresentations and we are absolutely thrilled with our new house. It was very stressful buying without being able to travel to Edmonton and physically see the properties we were interested in. Christy helped us a lot with giving us the details/smells we could not get over video calls to help mitigate some of that stress.<br /> When we decided on a property to purchase that had just came on the market, Christy and her team acted very quickly with the first viewing and quite possibly avoided a multiple offer situation. Christy and her team helped us purchase our new home virtually. We were unable to visit Edmonton to look at houses due to the the border closure and Covid travel restrictions. Christy walked us through all of the houses we wanted to see via video chat, and did a great job pointing out details that weren't easily visible over the screen. She was easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Christy was very knowledgeable about various neighborhoods in Edmonton, as well as what work may be required in any of the homes we were interested in.
