Christy and her team were a pleasure to work with throughout our buying process. Christy took our list of requirements and followed the market for the best possibilities to suit our needs and budget. We received emails to each member of our team with a detailed schedule of appointments for viewing properties. Upon finding a home that suited our requirements Christy negotiated a fair and reasonable price. Christy even recommended a great painter whom we hired and was reasonably priced and good quality. I highly recommend Christy and her team!

I have been selling new homes since 2005. I met Christy and her team through my current builder, Homes by Avi that I have been working for since 2017. Christy and her team take care of Homes by Avi's quick possession listings. Over the years Christy and I have done many deals together. I decided to purchase a second home for my family and called up Christy. She was very patient with me and let me do my thing. We finally found the perfect home for our needs and started negotiating on the price. I was ready to sign on the dotted line and Christy said, "no no no not yet". Much to my surprise she managed to shave another $2500 of the price. Move forward a year and in the late summer/fall of 2021 I was back at it looking for yet another home. After a few months we found the home that checked all of the boxes. This time we again were in a multiple offer scenario and I was adamant that we could get more money off. Christy convinced me that we needed to move on this home if we wanted it and the seller was not going to budge. I am so happy I took her advice. We could not be happier with the purchase. Christy Cantera knows the business inside and out. She is professional in her approach and is a no nonsense realtor. If you are looking for a realtor who will tell it like it is and not tell you just what you want to hear Christy and her team are the people to call. I could not be happier giving her a shout out. Christy is a very skilled realtor. She takes the time to get to know her clients and ensures they don't rush into something that is not right for them. Having worked with her on a buy and sell scenario I felt reassured on both ends of the process. She kept me calm when the world was spinning, and made sure my needs were met. She also remained engaged after the process was complete and helped to sort out a few build deficiencies I had to go through. I can't thank Christy enough for her skill, expertise and devotion. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. If you want someone who goes above and beyond Christy is the one for you, without doubt!

I would be a very tough client for any realtor. I have been selling new homes for over a decade and came to know Christy through work as she is my builder's listing agent and we have worked together with clients over the past 5 years. I find Christy to be very professional and a tell it like it is business person. Essentially she operates very much the same as I do. I have her work with my clients to sell their existing home after purchasing a home from me. I refer all of my clients to Christy with the upmost confidence and have never had an issue. When it was time for me to purchase a home as an investment I found the home that was perfect for my situation and through the negotiation process i was ready to sign on the dotted line and Christy said, "no no not yet". Again were in a multiple bid scenario and this time i wanted a little more off. Christy this time said we must move on the price we have as the seller will not move on the price. She was right again. Always very responsive and lots of connections to make the world go round such as appliances connections, lawyer connections etc. You cannot go wrong employing the services of Christy and her team!
