Christine helped my fiancée and I with the purchase of our new condo. As first time homebuyers, Christine was able to provide much needed insight and expertise that kept us well informed. She was very professional and flexible and was a great resource for us. What really made her stand out was how proactive she was in reaching out to sellers, property management, concierges, etc. to ensure our questions were answered and our needs were met. I am very pleased to recommend Christine to all of my friends if they need to sell or buy a home. I put the house onto MLS listing early spring this year, but since the unit was still occupied by a tenant, the showing appointments were re-scheduled or even cancelled by the tenant. So we didn't get a lot showings. Therefore, I took advice from Christine and put it back to market until the tenant has moved out of the unit. We sold the unit within 10 days and accepted a firm offer. Christine's knowledge of the market and her strong negotiation skills played an important role Eventually we sold the unit at a very satisfactory price.
