Christine did an excellent job in selling my house in Markham. Despite my son live in a very mess style with the property, She looked after getting the property prepared for sale, including lining up various services such as cleaners, stagings etc in advance of listing the property. She was very honest and forthcoming in what could reasonably be expected in terms of both selling price and time on the market, and if anything, under promised and over delivered. My home was listed on MLS on a Friday morning and by Friday noon, She hosted an agent open house, and her agent friends come from difference brokerage to visit my property and say hi to her. she also arrange a public open house during weekend and invite all my neighbor to see my property. the present of my house is really impressed me. Christine and her assistant worked with me every step of the way, from pre-listing, through the showing and offer process and finally to ensure the sale closed as planned.
