Hands down, best Chinese agent in GTA! Christine is both professional and reliable, I have been trusting her with my apartment renting, home purchase and home sale during my 8 years living in Toronto. I would recommend Christine to anyone who needs a agent that she or she can fully rely on. Since the condition of my unit before listing is not satisfactory, the previous tenant damaged the floor badly. Christine managed to find a handyman to help me fix the problem at a very reasonable cost. She knows where to find the most effective and efficient service to clean and polish and stage my unit before it went on market. She even helps me with selling my old furniture and it took time and efforts to do all these. I was overseas and she takes care of all of it. Most importantly, the final sale price is well above the sale price of a similar unit which was sold few days prior to mine. I couldn’t ask for a better offer than this.
