Christine was a dream to deal with during the sale of an Estate home. She was very knowledgeable and assisted with every aspect of the sale, including the preparation, staging, and listing. The pictures and video of the house were of the highest quality and probably contributed to the house selling very quickly. Christine certainly went over and above during the entire process. She was so helpful. I would certainly recommend Christine to anyone thinking of selling or buying a home.

When my partner and I decided to move from Ontario to New Brunswick, we were overwhelmed to say the least. Thankfully, we were put into contact with Christine Cormier and very quickly all of those feelings of anxiety we had about the move were quickly put to rest. Through her thorough knowledge of all aspects of the home market, we found what would have otherwise been a very difficult experience to be smooth and comfortable. Christine was diligent in keeping us informed on what was available, as well as the status of homes we had been looking into. She was quick to respond on any matter we needed, never kept us waiting in any sort of way. She took our personal needs in a home into full consideration and made sure she always gave us her honest appraisal of whether or not she felt a house would be a home for us. If there was something we needed to know about that she didn't have an immediate answer for, she very quickly leaned on her resources as a realtor and provided us that information allowing us to make informed decisions and to keep up with trends in the market. Throughout all of that, and in spite of the difficulties a realtor must surely face in matters such as dealing with how different provinces handle matters of property ownership, different timezones etc. Christine never once showed us anything other than kindness, understanding and support. When we were stressed, she was always there for us. When there were things we needed handled on the ground in New Brunswick while still in Ontario, she took it upon herself to assist in those things no matter how big or small they may have been. And when we finally did arrive for the big day of getting the keys, she was there waiting for us with welcome gifts and open arms. Even after the purchase of our home was complete, Christine's support for us did not stop there. She took us to dinner, gave us a list of places to see and things to do in our new town and neighbourhood, and has to this day done everything she can to introduce and ingratiate us to our new home and community. For many realtors the relationship would have ended the moment the sale happened, but that has not been the case for Christine. Our experience working with Christine was and continues to be a tremendous success, and we are forever grateful for everything she has done for us. Having her represent us in our cross-country home buying adventure was the best decision we could have possibly made. We feel honoured to have had the opportunity to have worked with such a tremendous realtor and person, and even more honoured to consider her a friend.
