Chris always gave me great honest advice and kept me grounded in this crazy market. He has now helped me purchase my second cottage on my way to building my vacation rental business. In this market it can be frustrating as a buyer, but Chris helped guide me till we eventually found a great deal! It is so key to have a savvy realtor that has your best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Chris not only for his knowledge but genuine care for his clients results!
