We appreciated the experience and knowledge Chris has of the community and the real estate market. He arranged for a professional photographer for our property listing and we found this to be a very valuable service. The regular weekly statistical reports showing the number of views and sources of information potential purchasers accessed our listing from was really interesting and a definite value added service. Chris’ assistant, Madison, was excellent at texting us to let us know when anyone wanted to view the property; in addition to providing any feedback from other agents. The ability to sign documents electronically was very convenient as well. All in all an excellent experience working with Chris and Madison. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone seeking to buy to sell a property in Lake Country.

Chris has been our real estate professional for our last three real estate transactions and I have to say he is second to none!!! When purchasing a home, we gave him our "wish list" and within days, he had found us a property that ticked all the boxes for us. (A property that we would not have found on our own as there was no sign displayed on the property). He has now sold two properties for us - the first one was a condo on native land (which the banks wouldn't touch for that reason) but he was able to find us a buyer and against all odds get the deal done. Chris goes above and beyond what you would expect from an agent and doesn't quit working on the listing until all conditions are off. He has always been there for us to answer any questions we might have and also to help with finding us a good agent when we relocate to a different province.
